Welcome to the Central and South Scotland Branch of the Nuclear Institute. CASS was established in October 2005 and organises nuclear industry relevant events for all NI members, and prospective members, in the central and south Scotland area. We aim to further the aims and objectives of our parent institute and help the NI to be the leading “learned Society” for Nuclear Energy, in its totality, to lead and facilitate a clearer understanding of the nuclear industry.

Please enjoy our website, which, we hope you will agree, has been designed to ensure that you can interact with the branch and get involved with our activities. Ensure you visit our events page to keep up to date with the next presentation. Keep up to date by subscribing to our mailing list and vote on your preferred presentation topic in our forum area.  Our forum area has been set up to allow anyone with an interest in the nuclear industry to engage in discussion and participate in our polls and make recommendations.

Funding of CASS is through donation or sponsorship from companies in central Scotland area. We are very grateful to the companies which have supported us through our first few years and we welcome ongoing support from new companies. If your company wish to make a donation or sponsor one of our upcoming events please contact our Chairman or other committee member  and we will be happy to discuss how the NI CASS and your organisation can work together for mutual benefit. We ask that you visit our sponsors page to view the companies responsible for ensuring that our events continue to be successful.

Please visit our sponsors websites or click onto the CASS sponsors page using the link on the left.
